Winter Face Skin Saviors

Snowy days with long walks in nature or in the old town are wonderful but some of them are full of rain, wind and cold. No matter how much I’d enjoy the winter weather, it’s harsh on my skin, especially facial. Gladly, after some time of trying out different creams and masks I’ve found what works best for me.

A natural clay face cleanser and mask by Uoga Uoga was a pleasant surprise for me and worked marvelously for my skin! The only ingredient used in this product is Morrocan Lava clay, also known as Rhassoul’s clay. Mixed with water or flower water it turns into solid, creamy consistency and can be used as a mask. I apply it to my face and leave it for around 10 – 15 minutes. If your skin is super dry, it’s recommended to add a bit of essential oil, for example, argan or avocado. Then I wash the mask off with warm water. My facial skin is incredibly soft and smooth after the procedure and I love it!

To keep my skin the way it was after the mask, I used a natural moisturizing cream Velvet Skin by Uoga Uoga. This cream is made from cold-pressed hazelnut oil and is rich in jojoba and grapefruit essential oils. The cream is light and easily absorbed so is perfect for everyday use.

I’ve been using the clay mask and the face cream for a few weeks now and my skin is definitely better. Not only it’s glowing and radiant but also I feel that it’s more resistant to the harsh winter weather than ever.

Besides, it’s a great way to have some quality self-time and enjoy the presence!

I’m incredibly happy with the Uoga Uoga skincare products and loved everything I’ve tried so far. Gladly, these two are true winter face skin saviors!
